Our Story

Empanadas: A Taste of our Heritage

Empanadicious was born from the passion of Chef Daniela Solis, a Venezuelan chef whose love for cooking began in her grandmother’s kitchen. From a young age, she learned the secrets of traditional empanadas—handmade dough, carefully seasoned fillings, and the warmth that comes from sharing good food. This passion led her to establish La Casa de las Empanadas, a beloved brand in Nicaragua, which she later sold before embarking on a new journey abroad.

Determined to refine her craft, Daniela studied Bakery and Pastry at Le Cordon Bleu in London, where she mastered the art of fine baking while staying true to her roots. With empanadicious, she brings her culture full circle, blending authentic flavors with artisanal techniques. Every empanada is a tribute to her journey—handcrafted with tradition, inspired by her heritage, and made fresh daily to share a piece of Latin America with the world.
